With a Care Plan: we monitor your chatbot or automation, update its instructions and knowledge content as your business changes, and handle AI API or model changes, for example when a provider retires a model. Each of these counts toward your plan's monthly requests, like any other request.
AI usage costs: AI providers (for example OpenAI) charge for usage. These costs are billed by the provider to your own account and are separate from our project prices and Care Plans. We set usage limits and alerts so there are no surprises.

It depends on the job. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, and choose based on answer quality, speed and running cost. If a better or cheaper model comes out, we can switch.
We only train the chatbot on content you approve, and we use the AI providers' business APIs. API keys are stored securely, never in public code. Please don't put sensitive personal data in the chatbot's knowledge content unless we've agreed how it's handled.
Two parts: the AI provider's usage fees, billed to your own account and based on how much it's used, and an optional monthly Care Plan if you want us to monitor and update it. We set usage limits and alerts so costs don't surprise you. Automation tools like Zapier or Make may also have their own subscriptions.
Yes. We can connect the same chatbot to WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, so customers can ask questions where they already are. WhatsApp's own messaging fees are paid by you.
